・This is a chargeable service. The price varies depending on the nature of the repair.
・Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to apply
First of all, please submit your request via the ‘Contact’ form. Please provide the following information in the message box
・Product name and colour
・Approximate date of purchase
・Details of the damaged or faulty part
About Aminaoshi
This is a service to reshape a previously purchased item. Please note that Shin Kogeisha products are being improved on a daily basis,
If you have an older version, we can update it to the latest version or change the colours.
In such cases, we will collect your current products. The collected products will be crushed and reused as modelling materials.
・The original product will be collected and the re-manufactured product will be sent to you.
・Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
・This is a chargeable service. Re-knitting charges vary depending on the product (approx. 30%-50% of the selling price).
・The service is available even if the product is damaged.
・The circuit board and electrical components are used as they are.
・The Aminaoshi service mainly involves the replacement of the 3D printed part. Additional charges may apply if the circuit board or electrical components are faulty.
